I have been a psychiatric social worker since 1991 and have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, hospital and in private practice (15+ years). My practice focuses on helping adults adjust to life changes and coping with the feelings of distress that may accompany those changes. During sessions, I listen openly, am very engaged and offer feedback and treatment suggestions. I have office availability on Mondays and Tuesdays and am available for telehealth sessions on Thursdays. I help people understand and learn to manage psychiatric symptoms from conditions such as:

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
